Policies
We are asking that you request future caterings with at least 48 hours advance notice. This will ensure that we can plan for and provide our best quality service. We value working together on solutions for your last-minute needs. Our preferred method of payment is by credit card. Alternate payment arrangements can be addressed through the café or catering manager. Such arrangements must be made prior to ordering. Thank you for your continued business with Eurest.
* Please drop-off all orders and include all of the required information.
* All orders submitted with less than the minimum count will be billed at the price for the minimum number.
* Weekend functions require (1) week notice.
* Quoted prices are for paper service only. China & linen service is available at an additional charge of rental costs.
* A guaranteed number of guests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the event. A charge will apply to events cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. Events cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed at the full price.
* Please order in anticipation of the addition of walk-ins for your event. We cannot be responsible for additional attendance in excess of 10% over the guaranteed number.
* Flower arrangements and other accommodations can be made at an additional cost.
